Bishop 最有名的就是这间面包店，几乎所有来 Mammoth 的游客都会刻意开来这里。内外装潢有欧风乡村感，除了卖各种超大欧式面包并提供试吃，还有烘焙甜点、手工饼干、牛肉干、派还有果酱等，现做三明治更是招牌。 而可能因为面包店生意太好，老板又在同条街上开了一间 BBQ  餐听，不过评价普通。
